Bramasole Summer Kitchen and Wine Terrace menu

Crispy Flammkuchen straight from the stone oven

Our crispy, ultra-thin Flammkuchens — also known as Tarte Flambée — hail from the Alsace region of France.
They pair perfectly with a glass of wine, and if you feel generous, you might even share one with a friend.
We aim to offer 4 to 6 different Flammkuchen varieties, but please know that our menu changes with the seasons and the fresh harvest from our garden.

Soft inside, crisp on the edges – Pinsa is Rome’s gift to modern cuisine.

A delicately leavened base, honest toppings, and the elegance of simplicity in every bite.
What is Pinsa?

Pinsa is a traditional leavened flatbread from Rome, with roots dating back to ancient times. Unlike classic pizza, pinsa dough is made from a special flour blend (wheat, rice, and soy flour), combined with natural starter (sourdough) and a high water content. This makes the dough exceptionally light, airy, and easy to digest. And of course – it’s very tasty!
