Wine is like a moment — when you share it, it becomes a memory.
We are a slow-paced summer kitchen and wine terrace.
With us, there’s no rush — because time truly stands still on Muhu Island.
We don’t offer a fixed menu, nor do we serve traditional soup-and-grill dishes.
At Bramasole, you’ll enjoy a glass of wine or a sparkling bubble, accompanied by light and flavorful dishes.
We are inspired by the tastes of Italy and the broader Mediterranean.
We use plenty of local produce — herbs and vegetables grown in our own garden.
Children are very welcome, but they’ll be enjoying the same menu as their parents. 🙂

Please keep in mind that we are a summer garden café, where the host mostly operates alone, with the occasional help of a family member. Therefore, please make sure you have enough time to enjoy the wine and food. For groups larger than 6 guests, we kindly ask that you make a reservation and check with us to ensure we can accommodate you. We are sure you understand 🙂
Crispy Flammkuchen straight from the stone oven
Our crispy, ultra-thin Flammkuchens — also known as Tarte Flambée — hail from the Alsace region of France.
They pair perfectly with a glass of wine, and if you feel generous, you might even share one with a friend.
We aim to offer 4 to 6 different Flammkuchen varieties, but please know that our menu changes with the seasons and the fresh harvest from our garden.
